(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. In view of the nature of the order going to be passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to expedite and dispose of the proceedings in S.A.No.119 of 2018 within a reasonable period.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the appeal in S.A.No.119 of 2018 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
