This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.143 of 2020, dated 10.07.2020 on the file of the second respondent police and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed money dispute between the petitioner and his friend and that the petitioner has preferred a complaint and on that basis, CSR.No.143 of 2020 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was closed on 11.07.2020.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 04.09.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
