PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 20.06.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.786 of 2011 on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Thirumangalam.

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 24.09.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.786 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.222/2026, dated 30.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 24.09.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, four months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 24.09.2024. 20.02.2026 pal To The Sub-Court, Thirumangalam.
