ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 and to forbear the respondents demanding stamp duty on the market value of the property instead of stamp duty already paid by the petitioner and to direct the respondents to remove all endorsements pertaining to the Section 47 A of Indian Stamps Act raise the charge created on the property in sale deed in Document No. 2723/2024 dated 29.07.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.06.2025 and pass orders after affording personal hearing to the petitioner in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
