ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to change and appointing any other suitable Investigation Officer under the supervision of the second respondent and file a final report in the petitioner's complaint vide the third respondent's CSR. No.411 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 within a time frame. 2.It is not in dispute that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.411 of 2024 came to be registered. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent has registered FIR in Cr.No.282 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 447, 324 and 506(2) IPC and that on the basis of the complaint given by one Shanmugasundaram, a counter case has also been registered in Cr.No.283 of 2024 as against the petitioner. 2/4

4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation in both cases and the second respondent is directed to monitor the same. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
