J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge passed in W.P.(MD).No.10849 of 2010, dated 24.01.2013.

2. The appellants are the respondents in W.P.(MD).No.10849 of 2010 filed by the respondent herein / writ petitioner. The respondent herein filed the writ petition seeking for a direction to the appellants to appoint the respondent/writ petitioner for the post of Graduate Assistant in Physics in Government Higher Secondary School for the year 2009-2010.

3. The learned single Judge of this Court disposed of the writ petition with the direction to the appellants to consider the claim of the respondent/writ petitioner for the appointment to the post of Graduate Assistant in any Government Higher Secondary School by taking note of G.O.(Ms.).No.56, Higher Education (K2) Department, dated 24.04.2012 and pass necessary orders thereon within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of that order. Challenging the same, the present writ appeal has been filed by the official respondents.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 24.01.2013, the respondent/writ petitioner has been accommodated in one of the said post and nothing survives in this writ appeal for further adjudication.

5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Appeal is closed. No costs.
