JUDGMENT

The Second Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.1 of 2014 dated 19.01.2018 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.55 of 2008 dated 30.03.2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
