This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 herein from interfering in the civil dispute pertaining to the property in Survey No.57/8 situated at Maravanmadam Village, Thoothukudi Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein. Therefore, the 2nd and 3rd respondents have no role to play in the civil dispute pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.23506 of 2015 between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein. As such, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein except any crime committed by the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
