ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Spl.SC.No.33 of 2024 on the file of Special Court in the cadre of District Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur, in crime No.32 of 2023, on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3.Considering the the nature of the allegations that the petitioner and two other persons, forcibly committed penetrative sexual assault on the child by forcefully taking her to a secluded place, this is not a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial is in progress and so far 13 witnesses have been examined. 5.Therefore the prosecution is directed to conduct the trial expeditiously and the trial Court is also requested to take up the matter expeditiously for disposal.
