PRAYER : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 24.07.2025 for getting the temple keys from the 3rd and 4th respondents and their people and give to our village people for their peaceful worship and to facilitate to conducting Poojas and programmes on Aadi Perukku festival dated 03.08.2025 in peaceful manner within stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 24.07.2025.

Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
