Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from executing fake encounter on the petitioner's son during his transfer from Central Prison, Madurai, to Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and subsequently, direct the respondents to ensure the safety of the petitioner's son namely Sekar, son of Lakshmanan, while transferring him to Central Prison, Chennai.
