No. 3770 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanaykumari District dated. 07.09.2021 in so far as condition no. (i) in Para No 6 is concerned.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R. Mohanasundaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Asha, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.873 of 2021 dated 08.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court disposed of the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C (MD)No.873 of 2021, dated 08.12.2021 by imposing certain conditions. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the conditions 2 and 3. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.Being not satisfied with the reasons assigned in supporting affidavit, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
