J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge passed in W.P.(MD).No.896 of 2013, dated 18.09.2013.

2. The appellants are the respondents in W.P.(MD).No.896 of 2013 filed by the respondent herein / writ petitioner. The respondent herein filed the writ petition seeking for a direction to the appellants to appoint the respondent/writ petitioner in the post of Post Graduate Assistant Teacher in English in Class II of the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Education.

3. The learned single Judge of this Court allowed the writ petition with the direction to the appellants to give effect to the appointment order issued by the second appellant by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 97647/W3/E1/2012, dated 31.12.2012 and issue him posting order in any school where there is vacancy, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Challenging the same, the present writ appeal has been filed by the official respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner has filed a counter stating that based on the order issued by the second appellant in Na.Ka.No.47015/W2/E1/2014, dated 28.08.2014, the respondent/writ petition has joined the Government Higher Secondary School, Rajendra Nagar, Theni District as P.G.Assistant on 10.10.2014.
