ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Panchayat Secretary seeking a mandamus as against the 4th respondent for disbursement of subsistence allowance.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner herein was placed under suspension on 27.12.2022 and the suspension was revoked on 20.11.2023. Later, he was dismissed from service on 20.03.2025. The petitioner has given a representation to the 4th respondent for disbursing the subsistence allowance for the period of his suspension. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/4

3. Considering the above said facts, the 4th respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
