O R D E R

The petitioner's grievance is that in the transaction between the sixth respondent and fifth respondent, the petitioner's land has also been included. The petitioner therefore complained with the first respondent in this regard. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition came to be filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that survey was undertaken and the results of the survey have also been intimated to the petitioner herein. A copy of the survey report has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court in the 2/4

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
