ORDER

Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. On 31.01.2025, this Court passed a conditional order that the present Civil 1/3

Miscellaneous Petition will be allowed only if the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the 1st respondent and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Legal Service Authority attached to this Bench on or before 13.02.2025, and adjourned the matter to 14.02.2025 for reporting compliance.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31.01.2025, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the 1st respondent on 31.01.2025 through Google Pay and also paid a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on 10.02.2025. He has also filed a memo, along with the copies of payment receipts, to that effect. The said memo is recorded.

4. In the light of the above compliance, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
