Order : These petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners in both Petitions and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both Petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed by the petitioners to modify the condition no.5 imposed upon them in Crl.OP(MD)No.17171 of 2021, dated 02.11.2021 and to extend the time limit. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is not pressing the modification application and sought permission to withdraw Crl.MP (MD)No.10268 of 2021. An endorsement was also made to that effect. CRL MP(MD) No.10268 of 2021 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, Crl.MP(MD)No.10268 of 2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in Crl.MP(MD)No.10269 of 2021, this petition is allowed and time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 02.11.2021 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.17171 of 2021.
