ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a secondary grade teacher working in the 1st respondent Department seeking a mandamus as against the 2nd respondent to pass orders on his representations dated 03.06.2025 and 16.07.2025.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the 1st respondent has already given 'No Objection' for accommodating the petitioner in the 2nd respondent Department. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representations to the 2nd respondent on 03.06.2025 and 16.07.2025. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

Considering the above said facts, the 2nd respondent herein is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 03.06.2025 and 16.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
