ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to get instruction. There is no representation for the local body also. The petitioner has challenged the tender notification issued in the year 2015. It appears that the matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action against any fresh notification that may be issued by the respondent municipality.
