Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent relating to G.O.(Valayam) No.572, Co-Operation, Food and Consumer Protection Department, dated 23.12.2015 and quash the same, as far as the transfer of the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondent to post the petitioner in the same post as Joint Registrar / Managing Director, Virudhunagar District Central CoOperative Bank Limited, Virudhunagar until the completion of three years from 12.03.2015.
