O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the spa center based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 09.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police have no objection to give permission if he fulfills all the requirements. It is also submitted that prior to approaching the police station for grant of permission, the petitioner has expected to get a permission from the concerned Municipality and Health Department.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, submitted that the petitioner has submitted the application before the Municipality and the Health Department seeking permission and the same is awaiting.

4. Considering the circumstances, on hearing both sides and on perusal of the records, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent 2/4
