2. The third respondent vide notice dated 10.07.2015 had called upon the petitioner to vacate the petition-mentioned shop premises. It appears that the petitioner has filed another writ petition based on the subsequent cause of action.

3.This writ petition has become infructuous. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Dismissal of the writ petition will not in any way foreclose the petitioner's rights to pursue her subsequent writ petition. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
