(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 25.09.2025, which reads as follows:- "Mr.R.Venkateshwaran, learned counsel, who appears for R1 and Mr.M.Senthil Ayyanar, learned Government Advocate, who appears for R2 have no objection to the condonation of delay of 171 days in filing the writ appeal. This is recorded.

2. R3 and R4 are stated to have passed away, but are represented by their legal heirs as R5 to R9, who are served, except R6 and description is printed in the cause list. As far as R6 is concerned, tapal is returned.

3. Publication be stipulated by two weeks prior the next date of hearing ie., 23.10.2025, in a newspaper having significant circulation in the State of Tamilnadu, both in English as well as regional language. Let proof be placed on file.

4. List on 23.10.2025."

2. All the respondents are served and description is printed in the cause list.

3. Mr.R.Venkateshwaran, learned counsel for R1 and Mr.M.Senthil Ayyanar, learned Government Advocate for R2 have no objection to the condonation of delay of 171 days in filing the writ appeal. 1/3

4. Having regard to the reasons made in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 171 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course. The names of the learned counsel who have entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
