ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the land in Survey Nos.166/8 and 175/5B situated at Nadupatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his representation dated 21.06.2025 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Muniyandi learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property was gifted to him under a gift deed dated 02.12.2010, and the patta for the said property stands in his name in Patta No.1833. He submitted an online application bearing No.2025/0123/24/016545 on 16.06.2025, seeking a survey of the subject property. However, the said application has not been considered by the authorities. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents, submits that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
