ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District to complete the trial in C.C.No.309 of 2022 within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has lodged a complaint in Crime No.272 of 2014 alleging that the accused persons had created forged documents, with regard to the property of the petitioner comprised in S.Nos.361/1A and 361/1C. After completing the enquiry, final report has also been filed in C.C.No.309 of 2022. But the same is pending without any progress. Hence, the present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the final report is filed only on 22.04.2022. 4.At the outset, the final report is recent origin. But, considering the oldness of the crime, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District to complete the trial process in C.C.No. 309 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
