ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the plaintiff seeking direction to expedite the disposal of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.114 of 2024 in O.S.No.347 of 2021 and to pass order within the time frame as fixed by this Court and grant such other reliefs.

2. The plaintiff in the suit is the revision petitioner and the defendants in the suit are the respondents herein. For the sake of convenience, the parties are to be referred to as plaintiff and defendants as per ranking in the suit.

3. The plaintiff/revision petitioner had filed the suit for recovery of money along with interest and the suit was decreed on 19.01.2024. The defendants have not preferred any appeal the decree has attained finality. Hence the plaintiff/ decree holder had filed execution petition in E.P.No.114 of 2024 and the defendants had entered appearance in the execution proceedings.

4. It is seen that the Judgment was delivered in the month of January 2024. And the plaintiff/decree holder has filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking speedy disposal only. If this Court is allowing this Civil Revision Petition, no prejudice will be caused to the respondents. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition.

5. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with direction to the Learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose the 2/4

E.P. No.114 of 2024 in O.S.No.347 of 2021, within a period of 7 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No Costs. 25.10.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet :
