ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the fraudulent sale deed registered in Document No.1738/2015, dated 24.06.2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.150 of 2015 on the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti. In the said suit, the present private respondents have also been arrayed as defendants. The suit has been filed for declaration of title and permanent injunction. The said suit has been decreed as prayed for on 13.10.2022.

3. In view of the declaration of title in favour of the writ petitioner, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
