ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the person or the petitioner husband by name Jaisankar, S/o.Vellaisamy, aged about 54 years before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.After arguing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
3.The missing person viz., Jaisankar is present before this Court. We enquired the missing person. He submitted that due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner along with her son had assaulted him and thereby he had left the home on his own and he is living separately. He further submitted that since the petitioner and her son have attacked him, he has also given a complaint before the respondent police.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
