ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to complete the process of investigation and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged the complaint making allegations against the accused persons, who are his close relatives, and the same was registered in Crime No.3 of 2022 under Sections 420, 468, 469 of IPC and Sections 66C, 66D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. Even after registering the complaint, no action has been taken. Taking advantage of the same, the private respondents are continuously indulging in sending wrong messages by creating false E-Mail ID. Because of the continuous trouble that has been made by the accused persons, the life as well as his profession is also in trouble. Hence, he filed this present petition. 3.Perusal of CD file shows that, so far the accused persons are not yet summoned. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be genuine. Hence, the respondent police/Investigating Officer is hereby directed to summon the accused persons and complete the process of investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
