PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct respondents to disburse the terminal benefits of the petitioner's deceased husband Late.Mr.A.Ravikumar strictly in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 taking into consideration of the petitioner's children who are also legal heirs of Late.Mr.A.Ravikumar and disburse all other benefits including family pension to the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by the Court.
