ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 18.11.2024 in W.P(MD)No.16087 of 2024 by 1/4

the respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 18.11.2024, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 21.05.2024, has been considered and final order has been passed rejecting the said application vide proceedings dated 20.06.2025, after giving opportunity to the petitioner. 3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same.
