Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner apprehends that the patta in respect of the petition mentioned survey numbers will be mutated in favour of a third party. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that there is no such proposal. The third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner in the event of any such proposal being considered in future.

3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
