ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 not to entertain any registration in S.Nos.56,57,58,71,72,73,80,81,82,83 with sub divisions totally measuring to an extent of 169.47 Ares situated in Kayangulam Village of Kudanchadi Panchayat of Sivagangai District and to enquire in to the fraudulent registration by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4, and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
