This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.07 of 2018 and lay a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2018 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.260 of 2018, by the learned Judicial Magistrate. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
