The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2024 to the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint 2/4

given by the fifth respondent, CSR No.86 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
