ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the fourth respondent's irrelevant complaint.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, CSR. No.391 of 2024 came to be registered and after coming to know about the involvement of the huge amount, the respondent Police has directed the fourth respondent to approach the DCB and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
