The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, and the same has been taken on file as S.T.C.No.610 of 2025.
