counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that as against the order, dated 08.07.2022 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.77 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur, the petitioners are going to file an appeal and therefore, he is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
