ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to remove the 4th respondent's permanent iron pipe laid at Rain Water Public Stream, as it violates the guidelines of the 2nd respondent, dated 22.05.2025, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.06.2025, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's objection was taken note of and the 4th respondent was advised to remove the iron pipe and use hose pipe. After completing the usage, the same should be removed and kept under the custody of the 4th respondent. The said instructions are extracted hereunder: 2/5

The above said written instructions are recorded. 3.The official respondents are directed to verify whether the instructions given by the official respondents are strictly complied by the 4th respondent.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
