O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to forward the proposal to the first and second respondents for the voluntary retirement benefits to the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, she has been appointed as B.T.Assistant on 11.06.1995 and posted at St.Paul's Middle School, Kavalkinaru, Tirunelveli District. The petitioner was frequently transferred without assigning any reason. She has completed 25 years of service in teaching field and she is aged about 53 years. Hence, she made a request for voluntary retirement to the third respondent. 1/3
Since the petitioner is working in the third respondent / Minority Management School, the third respondent has to forward the proposal to the first and second respondents. However, the third respondent has not taken any action on the request made by the petitioner and hence the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if the petitioner submits the application along with relevant documents, it would be processed and forwarded within a reasonable time.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to furnish the required documents to the third respondent. Thereafter, the third respondent shall forward the proposal along with relevant documents to the first and second respondents within a period of four weeks thereon.
5. With these directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
