ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed that the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.7195 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024 has been violated.

2. Today, when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that as against the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.(MD)No.7195 of 2024, dated 02.04.2024, a writ appeal has been preferred by the Management and the same was taken up along with a batch of writ appeals. The Division Bench of this Court, by a Common Judgment dated 20.08.2025 in W.A.(MD)Nos.442 of 2025, etc. (batch cases) allowed the writ appeals by setting aside the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed.
