ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.Not 1/3

Knwon of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are refusing to handover the bus bearing Registration No.KL 13 AB 7576 to the defacto complainant and also the money paid by him. For which, the defacto complainant filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.1675 of 2024, before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and the learned Judicial Magistrate, directed the respondent police to register a case and to conduct the investigation. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction from the respondent police, submitted that the petitioners had already been arrested. 4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
