ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2023. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.P.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the natham property situated in Survey No. 1062/28, Alagiyapandiyapuram Village, Manur Taluk, Tirunelveli District, for the past 20 years. Based on his long possession, he submitted a representation on 30.05.2025 before the second respondent seeking issuance of patta in his name. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. \Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
