For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan Government Advocate (Crl.side) PETITIONS FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.263 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.263 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.08.2023, the accused persons alleged to have picked up a quarrel with one Santhosh and the defacto complainant intervened to pacify them, but the accused persons attacked the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is having two previous cases in Crime No.295 of 2022 and Crime No.298 of 2020 before the Lalapet Police Station, Karur District, for the offences in the similar nature.

5. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner is having previous cases in similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner herein.
