ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Rent Controller/III Additional District Munsif Court at Tiruchirapalli to dispose the case in R.C.O.P.No.197 of 2001 within the time to be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner filed a case in R.C.O.P.No.197 of 2001 for fixation of fair rent as against the respondents.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an application before the Rent Controller for fixation of fair rent and the said petition is pending from the year 2001 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.197 of 2001 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
