ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.157 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concern.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.309 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above C.C.
