ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C, in Crime No.184 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was a juvenile at the time of occurrence and the petition is not maintainable. He would further submit that the matter to be proceeded only under the provision of Juvenile Justice Care and Protection Act.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Juvenile Jusitice Board, Madurai.
