This criminal original petition had been filed seeking a direction to the third Respondent to grant appropriate police protection to the Petitioner and his business, running in new Survey No.83/2B1, Old Survey No.83/2B, in Semankottai Village, Ponnamangalam Panchayat, Aavudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.08.2022 and 07.09.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that this petition had been filed seeking police protection. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submits that based on the complaint received by the first respondent, enquiry had been conducted, for which, the Petitioner and the fourth Respondent appeared before the third Respondent. directed to approach the Civil Court for getting appropriate remedy and the complaint was closed.
