The contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.12711 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed in terms of the order of this Court, dated 29.04.2025. Hence, the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.12711 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025 has been complied with.
