The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police has not filed the final report in Crime No.962 of 2021 so far, has 1/4
approached this Court.
2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 962 of 2021 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, through e-filing.
3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original petition is closed. Mere filing of final report is not sufficient and it is the responsibility of the respondent police to ensure that the final report is filed without any defects and taken on file by the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.
